We made it to the outback… of Holland, according to the sign. W

e drove across a land bridge, past countless wind turbines, on and off shore.

Holland is reliant on energy to keep pumping the water uphill, to the ocean, over a series of dykes. Without power, the land would drown. In some places, the land is eight meters below sea level 😳.

Charging:

We plugged in to charge most of the times when we parked. EV chargers are plentiful, and mostly powered from the same wind turbines.
