We looked for a nearby EV charger on the Chargemap app, and found one within a short walk of the tower. As a bonus, the parking is free at the charger, but paid in the other spots.

The Enel X system was again a bit of a hurdle. I started to resort to trying the website, but eventually discovered that I just need to hold the payment card on the machine for longer.
