Lunch with some dear friends at Proserpina Bakehouse in the Dandenong Ranges.

The food is always beautiful and delicious.

Charging:

When planning lunch in the Dandenongs, we usually default to Proserpina, because we can charge while parked there. But, I think we’ll need to cross it off our charging list 😢.

The Tesla destination charger has a green light (after you turn on the power switch), but the app says no power. I tried the reset switch a couple of times. I asked staff who said that it “doesn’t work with Teslas”. I showed them the PlugShare log of several vehicles (not just Teslas) that said they failed to charge. They said they’re waiting on a fix (I think “from Tesla”, which doesn’t make sense to me). They seemed very vague. I had the same problem months earlier. It doesn’t seem to be a priority.

We had heaps of charge anyway, but we just prefer to “always be charging” when the car is parked.

On the return trip back down from the Dandenong Ranges, we recouped (regenerated) about half of the charge we had used to go up ☺️
